A Fun Weekend

We really didn't do anything special this weekend. We all slept in late on Saturday -- all five of us in the bed until 9 AM -- too comfy to get up!! We all took a nap when it started to rain -- I just love taking naps when it rains. So we got lots of rest on Saturday.

In between sleeping, we had lots of visitors -- folks stopping by, phone calls, conversations. We bought a new phone - land line. We got new cell phones as well -- not as much fun and I'm still trying to clear up issues -- but the phones and service are great.

We played and spent lots of time with the crew. They were so tired by last night that they started putting themselves to bed around 9:30 PM. When they want to go to bed, they stand in front of us and stare at us -- they have this real sleepy look on their faces. If we don't pay attention, Neo and Brin will just go into the bedroom and go to bed. Pru, on the other hand, will continue to stare and whine until we get up and retire for the night.

Why was this weekend so much fun? I'm not sure. I just know that I feel refreshed and happy today. Maybe it's also because next week is vacation!!!!! Yippy!!!
